Köhninger GmbH is an internationally active, systemic business consulting firm with headquarters in Augsburg. Under the motto “A networked view of the whole,” the company develops and supports holistic change processes in organizations.

General Manager and founder Volker Köhninger and the firm’s team of professional consultants have been working for nearly 25 years with top-echelon executives and decision makers in midsized companies and international corporations. The core, interdisciplinary circle consists of more than 30 consultants, trainers, and coaches. They have all been qualified as systemic consultants and possess credentials that reflect many years of management experience in major corporations. In addition, to meet specific project challenges they are supported by 20 associate partners. Köhninger consultants fight for their clients and the future of the companies they support.
